Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

 All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

 Shipping charges for your order will be calculated by the weight  item(s) purchased and destination. These charges will be displayed at checkout.

  

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

 Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping Policy

We currently ship worldwide as long as  the destination is serviced by USPS, UPS and DHL .

Shipping costs are estimated by the weight of the item(s) and the destination

Shipping times are calculated once the order has been fulfilled

Bili's Bougie Boutique is NOT responsible for:

• Delays with  shipping

• International Duties or Customs charges

• Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. The US Postal Service ,UPS , and DHL will be responsible once we ship the packages.

• Products marked delivered by the Post Office. You will need to contact your local Post Office to obtain information regarding your package.

Depending on the country, customers may need to pay  additional duties and taxes at the destination.
